摘 要:岗前培训是职业生涯起始阶段的教育,是新职工职业素养的始发站,是人力资源管理中最容易深刻影响职工职业生涯规划的阶段,对新职工的角色推进、能力提升和情感归属等方面有着巨大的引导作用。文章从医院新职工岗前教育培训的重要性和积极意义入手,从医院人力资源管理部门如何开展岗前教育培训实践的角度,采用文献法、归纳法等研究方法,总结了医院新职工岗前教育培训存在的问题和不足,提出了进一步提高岗前教育培训实效的建设性意见。Pre job training is the education at the initial stage of career,the starting point of new staff's professional quality,and the stage in human resource management that is most likely to profoundly affect the staff's career development.It plays a huge guiding role in the role promotion,ability improvement and emotional belonging of new staff.This article starts with the importance and positive significance of pre job education and training for new hospital employees,and from the perspective of how the hospital’s human resources management department conducts pre job education and training practices,using research methods such as literature review and induction,summarizes the problems and shortcomings of pre job education and training for new hospital employees,and proposes constructive suggestions to further improve the effectiveness of pre job education and training.
