大学使命陈述的多重透视——以国内新成立大学使命陈述为考察对象

摘　　要：大学使命陈述是关于大学发展愿景、办学理念、校本责任、社会期许的正式表述。从文本内容上看,国内新成立的中外合作高校其使命陈述体现了一些新特征:一是都强调了担负探索大学教育教学新模式的改革使命,二是都注重国际化研究型大学的时代使命,三是更加突出人才培养的基本使命。从高等教育哲学、高等教育管理学、修辞学的视野对所考察大学的大学使命陈述进行三重透视,得到的有益启示是:国内大学需要理性精神、卓越精神和创新精神,大学使命需回归教育本身。The university's mission statement is a formal statement about the university's development vision,school-running idea,school-based responsibility and social expectations.From the perspective of text content,the mission statement of newly established Sino-foreign cooperative colleges and universities reflects some new characteristics in China:Firstly,they all emphasize the reform mission of exploring new modes of university education and teaching;Secondly,they both attach great importance to the era mission of international research-oriented universities;Thirdly,they highlight the basic mission of talent cultivation.From the perspective of higher education philosophy,higher education management and rhetoric,this paper makes a triple perspective on the mission statement of the university under investigation.The beneficial enlightenment is that domestic universities need the spirit of reason,excellence and innovation,and the university mission needs to return to education itself.
