摘 要:针对当前普通型高校工科硕士研究生培养中生源基础差且跨专业调剂较多、培养方案缺乏完善的实践体系以及导师更多关注科研项目的状况,以中北大学光学工程专业为例,提出实践创新教学体系改革与重构的方案,强化同一学校同一学科的研究生要有相近的学科基础实践教学环节与完善的实践创新能力培养体系,避免学生差别很大、课程老师随机性大、学科基本不管、导师各自为政的实践教学情况,通过“本科实验室补齐、利用学科平台增加专业基础课实践内容、学术活动与开题等加强指导与交流、论文与项目提高科研与创新能力”的措施,构建完整的实践教学与科研创新体系,并进行初步实践。为研究生实践创新能力的提高提供制度和措施保障,获得较好的效果。In view of the current situation in the training of masters of engineering in ordinary colleges and universities,such as poor enrollment basis,many cross-specialty adjustments,lack of a perfect practice system for training programs,and more attention paid by tutors to scientific research projects,taking optical engineering major of North University of China as an example,this paper puts forward a plan for the reform and reconstruction of practical innovation teaching system and strengthen the same school and the same discipline of graduate students should have similar discipline basic practice teaching links and perfect practice innovation ability training system.To avoid the practical teaching situations such as the great difference of students,the large randomness of course teachers,the basic ignorance of subjects,and the selfishness of tutors,the measures of"supplementing the undergraduate laboratories,taking advantage of the discipline platform to increase the practical content of specialized basic courses,academic activities and topic initiating,enhancing the guidance and communication,as well as improving research and innovation capabilities through thesis and projects"are adopted to construct a complete practical teaching and research innovation system and conduct the preliminary practice.This paper provides system and measure guarantee for the improvement of graduate students'practice and innovation ability,and obtains good results.
