摘　　要：医学生除掌握系统的专业知识,还要具有良好的人文素养。随着新时代医学模式的转变,口腔医学的快速发展,目前口腔医学生培养模式暴露的问题逐渐被认识,探讨如何让口腔医学生学习到扎实的专业知识,还要具有基本的医患沟通和人文关怀的医学生教育培养模式是当下迫切需要解决的问题。该文分析国内外口腔医学人文素质教育实施的现状,目前存在的主要问题,阐述加强人文素质教育的必要性和可能措施,尤其是提出贯穿口腔医学生学业全过程的人文教育培养模式,为口腔医学生人文素质培养提供新的思路。In addition to mastering systematic professional knowledge,medical students should also have good humanistic quality.With the transformation of the medical model in the new era and the rapid development of stomatology,the problems exposed by the current training model students majored in stomatology are gradually being recognized.It is necessary to explore how to educate students majored in stomatology not only to be a doctor,but also to have basic doctor-patient communication and humanistic care.The current medical student training mode is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of humanistic quality education at home and abroad,and the main problems at present,expounds the necessity and possible measures to strengthen humanistic quality education,especially proposes a humanistic education training model that runs through the whole process of students majored in stomatology.Humanistic quality training provides new ideas.
