摘　　要：为降低人工上甑的劳动强度、减少上甑的劳动成本、提高上甑自动化程度和上甑效率,本研究通过长期对熟练上甑工人上甑时的工艺规范和上甑的工艺效果的观测、分析和总结,设计出了一套能达到人工上甑效果且完全满足上甑工艺要求的全自动上甑系统及使用该系统时的布料规程和布料时间,按照该系统的布料规程和布料时间上甑时,不但能实现高质量、高效率的自动上甑,而且大大降低了上甑的劳动强度和劳动成本。In order to reduce the labor intensity and cost of manual steamer-loading,and to improve the automation degree and efficiency of steamer-loading,this paper designs an automatic steamer-loading system based on the observation,analysis and summary of the steamer-loading process by skilled workers.The system can achieve the effect of manual steamer-loading and fully meet the technical requirements of steamer-loading.When using the steamer-loading system according to the designed program and time,highquality and efficient automatic steamer-loading can be realized,and the labor intensity and cost can be reduced.
