摘 要:纺织行业一直是中国经济的重要组成部分,但由于经济形势持续低迷、市场竞争激烈、劳动密集型等特点,近年来面临着行业薪金偏低、工作环境相对恶劣、人才流失、低效率等问题。因此,寻找合适的激励机制对于纺织企业的可持续发展至关重要。文章运用波特-劳勒综合激励模型,通过分析纺织行业激励机制影响因素,从岗位设计、差异化薪酬、支持机制、科学考评等方面来更好地理解波特-劳勒综合激励模型在纺织行业中的应用,探索构建合理有效的人员激励机制,促进纺织行业的可持续发展,为相关从业者提供有益的经验和建议。The textile industry has always been an important part of China's economy,but due to the characteristics of continuous economic downturn,fierce market competition and labor-intensive,it faces problems such as low salary,relatively bad working environment,brain drain and low efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to find the right incentive mechanism for the sustainable development of textile enterprises.This paper applies the Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model,analyzes the influencing factors of the incentive mechanism in the textile industry,and better understands the application of the Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model in the textile industry from the aspects of job design,differentiated salary,support mechanism,scientific evaluation,etc..This study explores the construction of a reasonable and effective personnel incentive mechanism to promote sustainable development of the textile industry,and provides useful experience and suggestions for relevant practitioners.
