摘  要:肿瘤细胞基因组发生的异常扩增通常与患者预后紧密联系, 扩增事件的发生常常伴随转录组RNA的表达水平改变, 长非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)作为转录组中占比较大的一类RNA, 其基因组扩增导致的lncRNA过表达已被证实可通过多种生物学过程促进肿瘤的恶性进展。一个定位于肿瘤中常见的扩增区域chr20q13.31的lncRNA, 核转录因子κB(nuclear factor-kappa B, NF-κB)互作的长非编码RNA(NF-κB interacting lncRNA, NKILA)在不同疾病中发挥不同作用, 既能作为保护因子也能促进疾病恶化。本文着重阐述了位于常见高扩增区域的lncRNA NKILA在疾病中的研究进展。The abnormal genomic amplification of tumor cells is usually closely related to the poor prognosis of patients.The occurrence of amplification events is often accompanied by abnormal expression of transcriptome RNA.LncRNA(long non-coding RNA)is a large class of RNA in the transcriptome.The overexpression of lncRNA caused by genomic amplification has been confirmed to promote the malignant progression of tumors through a variety of biological processes.A lncRNA named NF-κB interacting lncRNA(NKILA),localized to a region chr20q13.31 which commonly amplified in tumors,plays different roles in different diseases,which can not only serve as a protective factor but also promote the deterioration of diseases.This review focuses on the research progress of NKILA which located in a common highly amplified region in diseases.
