摘　　要：纪传体史书史料是研究古代档案史的重要资料。在编撰方法上,纪传体史书以人物为中心,涉及时间、地域、事业等不同方面,并将不同层次的人物以及各个领域的史实总汇于一编。其中,在记述一些与档案和档案工作有关的人物时,就会保存了相应的档案史史料。本文以纪传体史书的“二十四史”及《清史稿》为主要研究对象。研究的主要内容包括皇家档案库、文书及档案的产生、档案的收集与保管、档案职官职能记载、家族档案、档案历史人物、档案管理制度等史料,几乎涵盖了档案史史料的方方面面。Biographical historical books and materials are important materials for the study of ancient archival history.In terms of compilation methods,biographical historical books are centered on characters,involving different aspects such as time,region and profession,and compile characters of different levels and historical facts in various fields into one book.Among them,when some people related to archives and archival work are recorded,the corresponding archival historical materials will be preserved.This paper takes the biographical historical books of"Twenty-four Histories"and Qing History Manuscript as the main research subject.The main contents of the research include royal archives,production of documents and archives,collection and storage of archives,records of archival officials and their duties,family archives,archival historical figures and archives management system,which cover almost all aspects of archival historical materials.
