近10年国内外情境模拟教学在住院医师规范化培训中的应用现状与前沿分析

摘　　要：目的 可视化描述国内外情境模拟教学在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的研究热点和前沿趋势。方法 分别对近10年我国发表在CNKI中933篇论文、国际上发表在Web of Science数据库的2 119篇论文进行分析,使用CiteSpace软件完成对作者、研究机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词时间图谱、突现词等内容的可视化。结果 发文量方面,近10年国内外年均呈现升高总趋势。作者方面,我国的研究者和机构间缺乏交流,而国外作者的合作相对密切。研究热点方面,根据关键词聚类和关键词时间图谱发现,医患沟通是国内最主要的研究热点,多个学科如妇产科、麻醉科、儿科等开展模拟情景学习较多,且国内注重教学效果和胜任力;在国际上,技能是最主要研究热点,学科方面以外科最为集中,与国内类似,国际上也重视教学的效果评价。在研究前沿方面,根据突现词发现,新型冠状病毒感染是国际上近3年的研究前沿,而重症医学和满意度是国内近3年关注的前沿。结论 应用CiteSpace软件对近10年国内外住培领域的情境模拟教学研究进行了可视化展示,初步展示了该领域的核心作者、机构、研究热点和前沿趋势,为促进我国毕业后医学教育事业发展、完善住培教学实践和政策制订提供参考。Objective To visually describe the research hotspots and frontier trends of scenario simulation teaching in standardized residency training at home and abroad.Methods This study analyzed 933 papers published in CNKI and 2119 papers published internationally in Web of Science database in the past ten years,respectively.and explored the visualization of authors,institutions,keyword clustering,keyword time mapping,and emergent words using CiteSpace.Resultss In terms of the number of publications,the total trend of the past decade showed an annual increase both domestically and internationally.As for authors,there is a lack of communication between researchers and institutions in China,while the cooperation of foreign authors is relatively close.In terms of research hotspots,according to keyword clustering and keyword time mapping,"doctor-patient communication"was the most important research hotspot in China;in addition,several disciplines,such as obstetrics and gynecology,anesthesiology and pediatrics,carried out more scenario simulation teaching,and focused on"application effect"and"competency","Skills"was the main research hotspot internationally,and the most concentrated discipline was surgery:similar to domestic researches,international studies emphased on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness.In terms of research frontier,"COVID-19"was the research frontier in the past three years internationally,while"critical care medicine"and"satisfiction"are the domestic frontier in the past three years.Conclusion CiteSpace is applied to visualize the scenario simulation teaching in the field of residency training at home and abroad in the past decade,and provide preliminary core authors,institutions,research hotspots and cutting-edge trends in the field providing references for the promotion of China's post-graduation medical education career and the improvement of teaching practice and policy formulation.
