摘  要:目的 探讨提高临床病理科住院医师实践技能的教学模式与方法,使住院医师成长为可以独立、规范地从事临床病理诊断工作的合格医师。方法 该院探索住院医师讲解病例的教学模式,并总结该方法在临床病理科住培实践中的经验及其对提高住院医师综合能力的效果。结果 经过2年住院医师讲解病例教学模式的探索,采取问卷调查等方式对教学效果进行评价,提示该方法可以提高住院医师的综合素质和专业水平,并提升其自主学习的能力。结论 住院医师讲解病例教学模式可充分调动住院医师的主观能动性,多维度提升住院医师的综合能力,值得在我国临床病理科住培中推广使用。Objective To explore the teaching mode and methods of improving the practical skills for clinical pathology residents,so as to enable them to grow into qualified physicians who can independently and normatively engage in clinical pathology diagnosis.Methods The Pathology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University explored the teaching mode of case interpretation by residents,summarized its application experience in practice,and explored its effect on improving the comprehensive professional level of residents.Results After two years training of case interpretation by residents,questionnaire surveys and other methods were used to evaluate the teaching effect,indicating that this method could improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of resident physicians,and enhance their ability to learn independently.Conclusion Case interpretation by pathology residents can fully mobilize the subjective initiative and improve the comprehensive ability in multiple dimensions.It's worthwhile to promote such a teaching model in clinical pathology residency training of our country.
