摘　　要：随着医学影像和检验技术的不断发展,中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)有关的医学技术在培训中的重要性日益提高。应用“新木桶理论”对住院医师医学技术的培训内容进行梳理,把中医住培中有关技术的培训和实践视为一个木桶,建立完善的培训计划以筑牢桶底;将中医理论体系融合入放射科阅片培育长板;通过分层分阶段教学、因材施教、典型病例教学、理论和实践相结合来补齐短板;加强师生间的互动并深入拓展知识以消除缝隙;和将超声、检验和病理逐步纳入考核体系加以严格考核来箍紧桶箍,全面提高中医住院医师临床基础理论和临床技能。With the development of medical imaging and laboratory technology,the role of medical technology has gradually grown in the process of theoretical knowledge learning and clinical practice of the standardized training for Traditional Chinses Medicine(TCM)residents."New Cannikin Law"is applied to sort out the content of medical technology learning.The training and practicing of medical technology in the standardized training of TCM residents are regarded as a wooden barrel.The bottom of the barrel is strengthened by establishing perfect training plans and criterions.The long boards are cultivated by integrating the theoretical system of TCM into radiological case discussion.The drawbacks are corrected and improved by teaching residents according to their stratified-grading and specialty,discussing typical cases,and enhancing the theoretical and experiential practical training closely related to the clinical application.The gaps are eliminated by strengthening the subjectivity between teachers and residents to carry out in-depth expansion of knowledge learning.The hoops are tightened by gradually incorporating ultrasound,laboratory and pathology into the strict assessment system.It is of great significance for the residents of TCM to systematically learn and practice various medical techniques to improve their basic clinical theories and skills.
