摘 要:工业微生物学课程是生物工程专业的专业必修课,也是该专业学生从理论学习到实际应用的一座桥梁。因此,学好该课程对学生树立专业自信心有很大帮助。该教学改革从学校生物工程专业实际情况和专业教学大纲要求出发,尝试线上和线下混合式教学模式:线上利用中国大学慕课平台和课堂派等网络教学软件,线下用实验仿真软件辅助教学,最终实现课前、课中和课后学习的全程追踪,及时掌握学生的学习状态。与此同时,注重校企合作,让学生体会生物工程专业的实际应用范围。到目前为止,该教学改革很大程度能够提高学生对工业微生物学课程的学习兴趣和对生物工程专业的认可度。The course of Industrial Microbiology is a required course for the major of biological engi-neering,and it is also a bridge for the students to learn from theory to practical application.For students to learn the course well,therefore,to set up professional self-confidence are of great help to the teaching reform from the school in biological engineering actual situation and professional curriculum requirements,try to online and offline hybrid teaching mode:online platform for class and class sent using Chinese university network teaching software,such as offline simulation software aided by experiment teaching;Finally,the whole process of pre-class,in-class and after-class learning can be tracked and students’learning status can be mastered in time.At the same time,pay attention to school-enterprise cooperation,let the students experience the practical application scope of biolo-gical engineering major.So far,this teaching re-form has greatly improved students’interest in the course of Industrial Microbiology and their recogni-tion of the major of biological engineering.
