摘 要:通过教师按岗设课、学生以岗学习、学生跟岗实训、学生按岗竞赛、师生同岗帮扶服务的“五位一体”教学新模式研究以及“一基三岗”梯级教学方法的探索和实践,表明这种多元化教学与培养人才的模式,不仅提升了教学质量,培育了大量工匠与技能型人才,还形成了科技合作、成果共享、共建共赢的对外服务良好机制,对推动教学改革,加强师资队伍建设,促进当地企业科技创新和新农村建设都起着积极作用。Through the research and practice of the new Five-Sphere teaching model of"post class training,competition and uniform",which is characterized by teachers setting up classes according to posts,students learning according to posts,students training according to posts,students competing according to posts,teachers and students serving in the same posts,as well as the exploration and implementation of the"one base and three posts echelon teaching"method,it is evident that this diversified teaching and talent training model not only improves the teaching quality,cultivates a large number of artisans and skilled talents,but also forms scientific and technological cooperation and results sharing,building a win-win external service mechanism that plays a positive role in promoting teaching reform,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,promoting scientific and technological innovation of local enterprises,and building a new countryside.
