摘　　要：随着新时期新发展新变化,国家经济改革由供给侧改革更加趋向于需求侧管理与供给侧改革的有效平衡。2022年5月《职业教育法》的修订施行,明确职业教育与普通教育具有“同等重要”的位置。党的二十大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央又提出了始终坚持教育与经济社会协调发展的理念。公安教育的职业化需求特点,需要培养不同层次的专业性岗位人才。在需求侧管理理念主导下,为培养符合职业需求与发展规划的公安专业人才,有必要探索公安“高等职业教育一流专业”建设实践路径,并开展专业建设与人才培养经验交流。从专业建设传承与改革、行业需求偏差与专业调校、专业基础与专业特色共建、人才培养与师资培育同步、行业发展与专业建设共进五个方面开展探讨,为“高等职业教育一流专业”建设提供实践经验积累。With the new development and changes in the new era,the national economic reform has shifted from supply side reform to an effective balance between demand side management and supply side reform.The revision and implementation of the Vocational Education Law in May 2022 clearly places vocational education as"equally important"as general education.The professionalization demand characteristics of public security education require the cultivation of professionals at different levels of professional positions.Under the guidance of the demand side management concept,it is necessary to explore the practical path of constructing a"first-class higher vocational education major"in public security,and to carry out professional construction and talent training experience thinking in order to cultivate public security professionals who meet professional needs and development plans.Exploring from five aspects:professional construction inheritance and reform,industry demand deviation and professional adjustment,co construction of professional foundation and characteristics,synchronization of talent cultivation and teacher cultivation,and co progress of industry development and professional construction,to provide practical experience accumulation for the construction of"first-class majors in higher vocational education".
