摘  要:“双减”在具体教学落实过程中不可避免地会遭遇已有不良教学制度、习惯、习俗、传统、道德等规则对其或显或隐的“阻抗”。“双减”落地、不良教学规则阻力化解、教师的责权利关系重构、教师“双减”改革动机激发四者之间是一种相互作用的循环促进关系。其中,化解不良教学规则阻力是“双减”落地的显性必要条件之一,教师的责权利关系重构和教师“双减”改革动机激发是“双减”落地的隐性必要条件。只有这些条件都得以满足,才有望推动“双减”在教学实践中真实、有效落地。化解“双减”落地的不良教学规则阻力路径主要包括强化教师的“双减”知识,培育教师的“双减”智慧;重构教师责权利关系,激发教师的“双减”改革动机;提炼“双减”文化,营造“双减”落地的积极文化环境。“Double Reduction”will inevitably encounter explicit or implicit“resistance”to the existing bad teaching system,habits,customs,traditions,morals and other rules in the concrete teaching implementation process.The implementation of“Double Reduction”,the resolution of the resistance of bad teaching rules,the reconstruction of the relationship of responsibilities,power and interests of teachers,and the stimulation of the motivation of teachers’“Double Reduction”reform are the four interaction cycle promoting relations.Among them,resolving the resistance of bad teaching rules is one of the explicit necessary conditions for the implementation of“Double Reduction”,while the reconstruction of teachers’responsibilities,power and interests relationship and the stimulation of the motivation of teachers’“Double Reduction”reform are the implicit necessary conditions for the implementation of“Double Reduction”.Only when these conditions can be met,can it be expected to promote the real and effective implementation of“Double Reduction”in teaching practice.The paths to resolve the bad teaching rules resistance of“Double Reduction”mainly includes strengthening teachers’“Double Reduction”knowledge and cultivating teachers’“Double Reduction”wisdom,and reconstructing the relationship of teachers’responsibilities,power and interests,stimulating teachers’reform motivation of“Double Reduction”,and refining the“Double Reduction”culture and creating a positive cultural environment for the implementation of“Double Reduction”.
