摘  要:目的分析实习护生撰写个案护理报告在消化肾脏内科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2022年6—9月本院消化肾脏内科接收的20名实习护生为观察组,采取在传统带教基础上,实施实习护生撰写个案护理报告的教学模式;另选择2021年6—9月接收的20名实习护生为对照组,接受传统带教。带教结束后比较两组实习护生护理考核成绩及综合素质、个案护理报告撰写质量、自我评价、对带教的满意度评分。结果观察组实习护生护理考核理论成绩和Mini-CEX评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。较之对照组,观察组实习护生专科护理能力、预见性护理能力、应变处理能力、沟通交流能力等综合素质测评指标评分均有所提高(P<0.05)。较之对照组,观察组实习护生个案护理报告撰写质量(包括病史收集完整性、护理诊断准确性、护理计划可行性、联系思考思维)评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组实习护生自我评价(包括实习收获和职业认同感)及对带教的满意度(包括对带教方法的认可度和对带教老师的满意度)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实习护生撰写个案护理报告的带教模式有助于提高消化肾脏内科实习护生的护理理论与实践操作成绩,提升综合素质,增强个案护理报告撰写能力,促进实习护生自我评价及对带教满意度的提升,可获得较为满意的教学效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of case nursing reports written by interns in clinical nursing teaching in department of gastroenterology and nephrologye.Methods A total of 20 nursing interns from the department of gastroenterology and nephrology of our hospital from June to September,2022 were selected as the observation group.The teaching mode of writing case nursing reports by nursing interns was implemented on the basis of traditional teaching methods.In addition,20 nursing interns admitted from June to September 2021 were selected as the control group,and they received traditional teaching model.After teaching,the theoretical assessment scores of the two groups of interns(theoretical scores,Mini CEX scores)were compared,as well as their comprehensive quality,writing quality of case nursing reports,self-evaluation,and satisfaction scores with teaching.Results The theoretical scores and Mini-CEX scores of nursing examination for interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of comprehensive quality evaluation indicators such as specialized nursing ability,predictive nursing ability,coping ability,communication ability of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly developed(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of case nursing report writing quality(including completeness of medical history collection,accuracy of nursing diagnosis,feasibility of nursing plan,and connected thinking)of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The scores of self-evaluation(including internship gains and professional identity)and satisfaction with teaching(including recognition of teaching methods and satisfaction with teaching teachers)of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode of writing case nursing reports by nursing interns in the department of gastroenterology
