摘  要:科技创新、科学普及是实现创新发展的两翼。青少年是祖国的未来,是全民科学素质行动规划纲要(2021-2035年)科学素质提升的重点目标人群。作为提升青少科学素质的主要力量,中小学科学教师队伍的状况却不容乐观。“科技馆科学教师教研中心”建设是解决上述问题的其中一个思路,广西科技馆(广西青少年科技中心)也一直在朝这个方向努力,帮助科学教师提升专业素养,推动青少年科技辅导员队伍建设;同时也收获科学教师的反哺,并给予其更多的实践机会。当然还存在不少问题,需要不断去思考和探索解决。Technological innovation and scientific popularization are the two wings to achieve innovative development.Teenagers are the future of our country and the key target group for improving scientific literacy in the National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy(2021-2035).As the main force in improving the scientific literacy of young people,the situation of science teachers in primary and secondary schools is not optimistic.The construction of the"Science and Technology Museum Science Teacher Teaching and Research Center"is one of the solutions to the above problems,and the Guangxi Science and Technology Museum(Guangxi Youth Science and Technology Center)has been working in this direction to help science teachers improve their professional literacy and promote the construction of a team of youth science and technology counselors;Therefore,we also receive feedback from science teachers and provide them with more practical opportunities.Of course,there are still many problems that need to be constantly considered and explored for solutions.
