摘　　要：舒洛地特(sulodexide)作为抗血栓药物有超过50年的临床用药历史。该文主要综述舒洛地特保护血管内皮、抗血栓和抗炎的作用机制及其临床应用,探讨舒洛地特在新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)治疗中的作用和理论依据,并对其用于COVID-19临床研究的初步结果作总结。舒洛地特已被国际血栓和止血学会纳入最新治疗COVID-19指南,由于其具有保护血管内皮、抗炎等独特药理作用和优势,故在抗击COVID-19中发挥重要作用。Sulodexide has been used as an antithrombotic agent for more than 50 years.This article reviewed the mechanism of sulodexide in vascular endothelial protection,anti-thrombosis and anti-inflammation and its clinical application,discussed the role and theoretical basis of sulodexide in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),and summarized the preliminary results of clinical trials for COVID-19.Countermeasures were formulated according to the pathophysiological characteristics of covid-19 systemic inflammation and thrombosis.Sulodexide has been included in the latest guidelines for the treatment of COVID-19 by the International Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis.Due to the unique pharmacological effects and advantages such as vascular endothelial protection and anti-inflammation,sulodexide will play an important role in combating with COVID-19.
