摘  要:饲料质量检测技术具有较强的实用性价值,在饲料检测中有着极其重要的地位。饲料品质是饲料外形与内质的体现,传统检测方法以及新兴技术是目前主要的饲料品质评价技术方法。本文综述了近几年来主要的两大类评价技术的研究进展,并重点分析了新兴技术的发展。传统检测包括感官检测和化学性检测。感官评审受主观因素影响较大,但是到目前为止依旧是评价饲料品质的最基本方法;与感官评定相比,化学成分的测定结果更为客观、准确,但耗时耗力、成本相对较高。新兴技术具有简单、快速、无损等特点,但目前有些方法还无法达到令人满意的准确率。所以在畜牧产业高速发展的今天,必须综合利用检测方法,才能快速、高效检测饲料品质,为饲料产业高效发展提供动力。The technique of feed quality assessment has strong practical value and plays an extremely important role in feed testing.Feed quality is the embodiment of feed shape and endoplasm.Traditional detection methoded and emerging technologies are the main methods for feed quality evaluation.This paper reviewed the research progress of two main categories of evaluation techniques in recent years,and focused on the development of emerging techniques.Traditional detection includes sensory detection and chemical detection.Sensory evaluation is greatly influenced by subjective factors,but so far it is still the most basic method to evaluate feed quality;Compared with sensory evaluation,the results of chemical detection are more accurate and objective,but the cost is relatively high.Emerging technologies are simple,fast and lossless,but some methods are still unable to achieve satisfactory accuracy.Therefore,in the rapid development of animal husbandry industry today,we must comprehensively use the detection method,in order to quickly and efficiently detect the feed quality,to provide power for the efficient development of the feed industry.
