摘 要:在陆基高位圆池循环水养殖条件下,设置了10、20、30、40、50尾/m^(2)5种养殖密度,进行了150 d的鳜鱼养殖试验,通过分析试验鱼的体质量、日增长率、饵料系数、产量及经济效益,评价不同养殖密度对鳜鱼生长和养殖效益的影响。结果表明:养殖密度与饵料系数成正相关,与日增重和特定生长率均成负相关。养殖鳜鱼的日均换水量为0.25 m3/kg。养殖密度为30尾/m^(2)时养殖效益最高,为220.75元/m^(2),是对照池塘的18.1倍。基于生长性能及养殖效能的综合评价,在陆基高位圆池循环水养殖条件下,鳜鱼养殖密度以30尾/m^(2)较适宜。Under the condition of circulating water culture in the land-based high level round pond,five culture densities(10,20,30,40,50 ind./m^(2))were set,and a 150-day culture experiment of mandarin fish was conducted.Through analyzing the body mass,daily growth rate,feed coefficient,yield and economic benefits of the experimental fish,the impact of different culture densities on the growth and culture benefits of mandarin fish was evaluated.The results showed that the culture density was positively correlated with the feed coefficient,but negatively correlated with daily weight gain and specific growth rate.The average daily water exchange amount for cultivating mandarin fish was 0.25 m3/kg.The culture density of 30 ind./m^(2) had the highest culture benefit(220.75 yuan/m^(2)),which was 18.1 times of the control pond.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of growth performance and culture efficiency,the density of 30 ind./m^(2) was more suitable to cultivate mandarin fish under the conditions of land-based high level round pond aquaculture.
