摘　　要：目的 :介绍美国、英国、澳大利亚、日本4国开展护士多点执业的相关内容,结合国内发展现状提出建议。方法 :通过文献调研和专家咨询获取相关资料,采用比较研究法,系统比较所研究国家护士多点执业的主要特点及异同。结果 :各国在护士多点执业的概念、发展背景、法律保障、执业权限、保险支持、安全监管、实践模式等方面既有差异又存在共性规律。结论 :借鉴国际经验,完善我国多点执业相关法律政策及管理制度,以促进国内护士多点执业的进一步推广和落实。Objective:To introduce the development of multi-site practice of nurses in the United States,the United Kingdom,Australia and Japan,and to provide suggestions based on the present situation in China.Methods:The data were obtained through literature investigation and expert consultation,and comparative method was used to systematically compare the main features,similarities,and differences of multi-site practice of nurses in different countries.Results:There are both differences and commonalities in the concept,development background,legal protection,practice authority,insurance support,safety regulation,and practice mode of multi-site practice of nurses in different countries.Conclusion:It is necessary to improve the legal policies and management system related to multi-site practice of nurses in China on the basis of learning from international experience,so as to promote the further promotion and implementation of multi-site practice of nurses.
