摘　　要：针对目前“物理化学”教学内容、成绩考评存在诸多不适合线上线下混合式教学的问题,介绍黑龙江八一农垦大学食品学院“物理化学”课程教学改革与实践情况。结合线上自主学习和学习数据记录与分析功能兼有优势进行线上线下混合式教学改革。将课程前置设计、学生线上自主学习、线下辅导和课程预警等相结合,充分发挥现代信息教育的反馈、监督和管理的优势,为提升“物理化学”课程教学质量提供借鉴。In view of many problems in the current Physical Chemistry teaching content and performance evaluation that are not suitable for online and offline hybrid teaching,this paper introduced the teaching reform and practice of Physical Chemistry in the Food College of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.Combined with the advantages of online autonomous learning and learning data recording and analysis functions,the online and offline hybrid research-oriented teaching reform was carried out.Combine the pre-design of courses,students' online self-study,offline guidance and course warning,give full play to the advantages of feedback,supervision and management of modern information education,and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Physical Chemistry.
