摘 要:在新型冠状病毒大流行的时代背景下,传统教学模式已不再是主流,为了适应“停课不停教,停课不停学”目的实施,混合式教育成为了新的选择模式。基于OBE教育理念,针对“植物蛋白工艺与设备”课程理论与实践并重的特点,通过网络平台开展线上教学活动和线下实验教学活动并重的混合式教学,以提高课程教学质量,为今后各高校类似课程教学改革积累经验,从而推动专业建设和复合型人才培养。In the context of the new coronavirus pandemic,the traditional teaching mode is no longer the mainstream.In order to adapt to the purpose of suspension without suspension of teaching,suspension without suspension of learning,mixed education has become a new choice mode.Based on the OBE educational philosophy and the characteristics of the course of Plant Protein Technology and Equipment,the mixed teaching of online teaching activities and offline experimental teaching activities was carried out through the network platform in order to improve the quality of course teaching.The purpose is to accumulate experience for the teaching reform of similar courses in colleges and universities in the future,so as to promote the professional construction and the cultivation of compound talents.
