摘  要:我国东部地区乡村学校存在教育教学质量提高不快、改观不显问题,关键在于这些地区乡村教师中较大程度存在安其位、得其乐的“自适”现象,导致职业激情消退、发展动力缺乏、工作糊混敷衍。产生这一现象的原因,除个体错误责任归因、自标弱者的定位外,还有社会转型推动、群体追求沦丧、保健政策宽容、地位待遇满足等客观原因。对此,文章提出刷新身份定位、正向社会舆论、建设创优文化、创新县管校用、优化政策设计等解决策略。The quality of education and teaching in rural schools has not improved quickly and has not changed significantly.Through visits and discussions,it is found that the key lies in the existence of“self-adaptation”phenomenon among rural teachers in these areas to a large extent,which leads to the fading of professional passion,the lack of development motivation,and work in a slipshod manner.The reasons for this phenomenon,in addition to individual inappropriate responsibility attribution,self-positioning of the weak,there are also objective reasons like social transformation promotion,group pursuit of loss,health policy tolerance,status and treatment satisfaction.In this regard,the paper puts forward some solutions,such as refreshing identity positioning,guiding public opinion positively,building excellent culture,innovating“county management and school use”,optimizing policy design,etc.
