摘  要:利用CFPS2014数据研究了家庭社会网络对课外教育投资的影响。首先利用两期的教育投资模型证明了社会网络的促教育作用,然后通过两部分模型进行实证检验。结果表明,社会网络不仅可以提高家庭参与课外教育投资的概率,还能增加参与者投资额。通过工具变量法控制内生性后,上述结论仍然成立,而且社会网络对课外教育的促进作用在学历较高的家庭中更显著。进一步机制检验证实,社会网络通过改变父母教育观念来影响家庭教育决策。Use CFPS2014 to study the influence of family social network on out-of-school learning investment.Firstly,use a two-period education investment model to illustrate the role of social network in promoting education,and then make an empirical test through a two-part model.The results show that social network can not only increase the probability of families participating in out-of-school education,but also increase the investment of participants.After controlling endogeneity through IV method,the above conclusion still holds,and the impact of social network is more significant in family with higher education level.Further mechanism test proves that social network influences family education decision-making by changing parents′educational concepts.
