小麦粉加工磨粉机操作及其维护的探讨

摘　　要：现代化制粉行业工艺设计普遍采用长粉路,随着小麦加工工艺设计的进步,磨粉机的应用及操作明显有所改变,现以广州某企业600 t/d小麦粉生产线为例,探讨磨粉机在该生产工艺中各系统的配置参数、操作原理以及磨辊的维护更换等方面对小麦粉的灰分、破损淀粉等质量指标以及对小麦粉的出粉率、电耗等考核指标的影响,从而优化磨粉机的操作技术及掌握如何获取最佳的磨辊更换周期。The application and operation of the mill have been changed obviously along with the progress of the technological design of the wheat processing.Through the usual production and operation practice,the experience has been accumulated continuously,now,for a 600 t/d wheat flour production line in an enterprise in Guangzhou,this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of the configuration parameters,operating principle and the maintenance and replacement of the grinding rolls of the MDDK mill on the quality indexes of wheat flour,such as ash content,damaged starch,flour yield and electricity consumption,etc.,thus optimize the operation of the mill technology and know how to get the best roller replacement cycle.
