摘  要:目的探讨问题导向学习教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)与传统的讲授式教学法(language-based learning,LBL)在中医脑病科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月湛江市第一中医医院脑病科医学类实习生94名,将其分为对照组和观察组,观察组47名采用PBL教学法进行实习带教,对照组47名采用LBL传统带教的方式。在实习结束后,比较两组学生教学后理论成绩、实操成绩的变化、教学效果中学习兴趣、解决问题能力、主动思考问题能力评分、教学满意度。结果观察组的理论知识掌握和实操成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习兴趣、解决问题能力、主动思考问题能力评分和教学满意度也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与LBL教学方法相比,绝大多数学生认为应用PBL教学方法能提高临床思维、临床技能以及综合素质。PBL教学方法更适合中医脑病科的临床实习带教,有利于培养学生自主学习的能力及提高学生解决实际问题的能力。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)and language-based learning(LBL)in clinical teaching of TCM encephalopathy.Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,94 medical interns from the Department of Encephalopathy,Zhanjiang First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group.The 47 students in the observation group used the PBL teaching method for practice teaching,and the 47 students in the control group used the traditional LBL teaching method.After the practice,the two groups of students were compared with each other in terms of theoretical and practical grades,learning interest,problem-solving ability,active thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction in the teaching effect.Results The theoretical knowledge mastery and practical performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was also significantly better than the control group in terms of learning interest,problem-solving ability,active thinking ability and teaching satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the LBL teaching method,the vast majority of students believe that the application of the PBL teaching method can improve clinical thinking,clinical skills and overall quality.The PBL teaching method is more suitable for teaching clinical practice in TCM encephalopathy department,which is conducive to cultivating students'ability of independent learning and improving their ability to solve practical problems.
