自然语言处理在招投标文件管理平台中的应用

摘　　要：在一个招投标项目中,庞杂的文件若是疏于管理,就极有可能造成工期延误、成本增加等严重后果,因此文件管理对项目的顺利进行发挥至关重要的作用,尤其关键作用不容忽视。为此,很多企业试图建立独立的招投标文件管理平台,该文针对管理平台中的诸多问题,如文件不规范、文档中错误频出等,采用自然语言处理技术来进一步解决,分析技术对于招投标文件分析编制的可行性,并在此基础上对未来文件管理的趋势和规律进行展望。通过该文论述,可以得出自然语言处理技术在招投标文件管理平台中有着不可忽视的重要作用,有助于实现统一的文件管理,实现信息的高效共享,大大提高办公效率及整体项目的经济效益。In a bidding project,if numerous and complicated documents are neglected,it is very likely to cause serious consequences such as time delay and cost increase,so document management plays a vital role in the smooth progress of the project,and its key role can not be ignored.For this reason,many enterprises try to establish an independent bidding document management platform.Aiming at many problems in the management platform,such as non-standard documents and frequent errors in documents,this paper uses natural language processing technology to further solve the problem.Analyze the feasibility of the technology for the analysis and compilation of bidding documents,and on this basis,look forward to the trend and law of document management in the future.Through the discussion of this paper,it can be concluded that natural language processing technology plays an important role that can not be ignored in the bidding document management platform,which helps to achieve unified document management and efficient sharing of information,greatly improving office efficiency and the economic benefits of the overall project.
