摘 要:学校特色活动到特色教育的转变,是学校办学品位提升的思考和实践过程。杏花泉中心小学将科技教育作为学校的特色教育发展,既传承了学校悠久的历史传统,又符合现代教育发展方向。学校通过特色孕育、特色渐显、特色显著、特色提升四个阶段的实践探索,已经形成了具有鲜明科技教育特色的环境文化、实践文化、课程文化和成果文化,未来将在规划课程资源、设计发展方案、增添现代元素、挖掘特色内涵等方面持续发力,进一步提升学校办学品位,为其他学校打造特色教育提供参考。The transformation from characteristic activities to characteristic education in a school is the process of thinking and practice on improving the quality of school running.Xinghuaquan Central Primary School develops sci⁃ence and technology education as its characteristic education,which not only inherits the school’s long history and tra⁃dition,but also conforms to the development direction of contemporary education.Through the practice and exploration of the four stages of cultivation of characteristics,gradual formation of characteristics,highlighting of characteristics,and promotion of characteristics,the school has formed an environmental culture,practical culture,curriculum culture and achievement culture with distinctive characteristics of science and technology education.In the future,the school will continue to make efforts in planning curriculum resources,designing development plans,adding contemporary ele⁃ments,and exploring unique connotations,so as to further improve the quality of school running,and provide reference for other schools to create characteristic education.
