摘 要:针对钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构板端刚度连续性较差的问题,建立车辆-轨道-隧道耦合动力学模型,对比分析了板端加密布置圆形隔振器与板端布置共享式隔振器两种钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构的动力特性。结果表明:板端布置共享式隔振器有利于减小轨道结构部件的板中、板端垂向位移差;相比于板端加密布置隔振器,采用共享式隔振器后浮置板垂向振动加速度可减小14.3%,基底垂向加速度可减小10.8%;采用共享式隔振器布置方案有利于降低浮置板的自振频率,减振效果达到17.87 dB;布置共享式隔振器能明显改善剪力铰受力,有利于延长剪力铰的服役寿命。In response to the problem of poor continuity of stiffness at the end of the steel-spring floating slab track structure,a vehicle-track-tunnel coupling dynamic model was established,and the dynamic characteristics of two types of steel-spring floating slab track structures,namely circular vibration-isolators with densified arrangement at the end of the slab and shared vibration-isolators with shared arrangement at the end of the slab,were compared and analyzed.The results show that the arrangement of shared vibration-isolators at the slab end is beneficial for reducing the vertical displacement difference between the slab and the slab end of the track structure components.Compared to the densified arrangement of vibration-isolators at the slab end,the use of shared vibration-isolators can reduce the vertical vibration acceleration of the floating slab by 14.3%,and the vertical acceleration of the base can be reduced by 10.8%.Adopting a shared vibration-isolator arrangement scheme is beneficial for reducing the natural vibration frequency of the floating slab,and the vibration reduction effect reaches 17.87 dB.The arrangement of shared vibration-isolators can significantly improve the stress on the shear joint,which is beneficial for extending the service life of the shear joint.
