摘　　要：智慧农业战略推动了农业英语翻译人才培养方式的创新。针对学生综合能力低下,翻译人才培养教学体系滞后、教师综合素质有待提升的问题,提出明确培养目标、优化专业课程设置、创新教学方法来提高课堂效能、提升农业英语翻译教师综合教学能力和多平台多领域合作的有效路径。The strategy of intelligent agriculture has promoted the innovation of the training mode of agricultural English translators.This article aimed at the problems of students'low comprehensive ability,lagging teaching system of translation talents training,and teachers'comprehensive quality to be improved,this paper puts forward some effective paths to improve classroom efficiency,comprehensive teaching ability of agricultural English translation teachers and multi-platform and multi-field cooperation.
