摘　　要：黄酒是以糯米为主要原料,以麦曲、酒母和酒药作为糖化发酵剂酿造而成的酒精饮料。本研究分别对产品质量严格把关、加强企业的诚信体系建设、改进措施进行详细分析,对黄酒企业更好地发展提供理论基础和科学指导。With glutinous rice as the main raw material,huangjiu is an alcoholic beverage brewed with,glycated starter cultures,including wheat koji,yeast and liquor.This paper conducts a detailed analysis of the priority given by leaders,strict control of product quality,strengthening the construction of the integrity system of enterprises,and improvement measures,providing theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the better development of huangjiu enterprises.
