摘　　要：本文分析了在企业内部组织管理范式和产品实现过程随当今社会转型而发展的趋势下,传统的基于“管理体系要素”和“职能部门”的管理体系审核方法的缺陷,提出了基于“价值生成过程”,将企业部门和体系要素综合统筹的管理体系审核的思路和方法,并提出了认证公司在审核员审核能力、审核组织实施等方面的适应性改进要求。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of audit methods for traditional management system based on“management system elements”and“functional departments”in the trend of developing internal organizational management paradigms and product implementation processes,with the transformation of today’s society.The paper proposes a management system audit approach based on the“value generation process”,which comprehensively integrates enterprise departments and system elements.The paper also proposes the adaptive improvement requirements of certifi cation company to improve capabilities of auditors,organizational implementation,etc.
