摘 要:流行词是一种新型词汇现象,反映了某个时期内人们关注的新现象或新思想。在中日交流频繁的今天,流行词也成为展示流行文化的一个窗口。但由于中日文化背景的差异性,如何在保留本土文化特色的同时生动形象地将其进行翻译是译者面临的新课题。该文分析了流行词的特点,并在关联理论视角下,提出灵活采用直译、音译加注和意译的方法对流行词进行翻译,这些方法对流行语的翻译起到一定的指导作用,给流行词的日译研究提供了新的角度。研究流行词的翻译有助于日本民众了解中国社会,促进中日双方文化交流。Buzzwords are a new type of lexical phenomenon that reflects new phenomena or ideas that people pay attention to during a certain period of time.In today's frequent exchanges between China and Japan,buzzwords have also become a window to showcase popular culture.However,due to the differences in cultural backgrounds between China and Japan,how to retain local cultural characteristics while vividly translating them is a new issue facing translators.This article analyzes the characteristics of buzzwords,and from the perspective of relevance theory,proposes flexible methods of literal translation,transliteration,annotation,and free translation to analyze the translation of buzzwords.These methods have played a guiding role in the translation of buzzwords,providing a new perspective for the study of Japanese translation of buzzwords.Studying the translation of buzzwords also helps Japanese people understand Chinese society and promote cultural exchanges between the two sides.
