摘  要:以器官系统为中心的教学是医学教育改革的重要方向,重庆医科大学是国内较早开展器官系统整合课程的高校之一,为了培养医学复合型人才并响应教育部在高校开展双语教学的要求,本校不断推进器官系统整合课程的双语教学,但器官系统整合课程双语教学面临诸多困难与挑战。通过对重庆医科大学2018级“5+3”临床医学、儿科学专业的74名学生进行医学整合课程消化系统疾病双语教学问卷调查,结果显示71.6%(53/74)的学生已通过大学英语六级考试(College English Test Band 6,CET-6)或托福(Test of English as a Foreign Language,TOEFL)、研究生入学考试(Graduate Record Examination,GRE)。学生对双语教学的认可度、任课教师的双语教学水平较低,在无配套双语教材的情况下学生课前预习准备较差,这些因素均会影响双语教学质量。本校通过提高学生双语学习的积极性,加强双语教学师资建设,改革教学方法及手段,建设配套双语教学教材等,从而提高了医学整合课程消化系统疾病双语教学质量。Organ-system based integrated curriculum is an important direction of medical education reform.Chongqing Medical University is one of the first universities to explore the organ-system based integrated curriculum in China.In order to cultivate compound medical talents and respond to the requirements of the Ministry of Education to carry out bilingual teaching in colleges and universities,the bilingual teaching of organ-system based integrated curriculum in Chongqing Medical University is constantly promoted.But the bilingual teaching of organ-system based integrated curriculum is facing difficulties and challenges.Through the questionnaire survey on the bilingual teaching of digestive system diseases in the integrated medical course of 74 students majoring in"5+3"clinical medicine and pediatrics in Chongqing Medical University in 2018,the results show that 71.6%(53/74)of the students have passed College English Test Band 6.(CET-6),Test of English as a Foreign Language(TOEFL),Graduate Record Examination(GRE).Students'recognition of bilingual teaching,teachers'bilingual teaching level is low,and students'preparation before class is poor in the absence of supporting bilingual textbooks,all of which will affect the quality of bilingual teaching.The school has improved the bilingual teaching quality of digestive system diseases in the integrated medical course by improving the enthusiasm of students in bilingual learning,strengthening the construction of bilingual teaching teachers,reforming teaching methods and means,and building supporting bilingual teaching materials.
