摘　　要：《医学微生物学与免疫学》是医学主干课程和桥梁课程,实验教学是本课程的重要组成部分,为了培养医学生应用基础知识解决临床问题的能力,启蒙学生科研意识,提高创新能力,激发学生学习兴趣和提高学习效果,加强学生对理论知识和实验方法的理解和掌握,本团队利用虚拟仿真技术,基于临床案例,自主设计开发了案例引导的虚拟仿真实验—基于人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)合并结核分枝杆菌感染虚拟仿真实验,并用于医学微生物学与免疫学实验教学,通过不断的实践与探索,改进教学方法,取得了较好的教学效果,通过项目的实践和拓展,以期构建线上线下结合的、临床基础融合的实验教学体系,有助于培养符合社会发展需要的优秀医学生。Medical Microbiology and Immunology is the major medical courses.Experimental teaching is the important part of the course.Virtual simulation experiment of mycobacterium tuberculosis and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection is designed and developed to cultivate the ability of medical students',solve clinical problems,enlighten students'scientific research consciousness,improve the innovation ability,inspire students'learning interest and improve learning effect,strengthen students'theoretical knowledge and experimental method.Through continuous practice and exploration,improve teaching methods,achieve good teaching results,through the practice and expansion of the project,in order to build an experimental teaching system that combines online and offline and clinical foundation,which is conducive to cultivating excellent medical students who meet the needs of social development.
