摘  要:目的本研究旨在评估翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在创伤中心住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年12月在南通大学附属医院创伤中心住培的126名研究生为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各63名。对照组采用传统带教方法,试验组采用翻转课堂联合PBL进行针对性的教学,最后观察两组教学效果。结果两组出科考试成绩均优于入科考试成绩,试验组的出科考试成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组出科时的培训质量评分和带教满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在创伤中心住培中取得了良好的教学效果,该教学法有助于住培生能够快速全面地掌握创伤中心相关的重点理论知识和基本操作技能,同时也提升了带教老师的教学能力。Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom combined with problem based learning(PBL)teaching method in the standardized training of residents in trauma center.Methods A total of 126 graduate students from the standardized training of residents in the trauma center of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 63 students in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,the experimental group used the flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method to carry out targeted intensive teaching.Finally,the teaching effects of the two groups were observed.Results The graduation examination scores of the two groups were better than those of the entrance examination,and the graduation examination of the entrance examination in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training quality score and teaching satisfaction score of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method has achieved good results in the clinical teaching of the standardized training of residents in the trauma center.The teaching method helps the resident students to grasp the key theoretical knowledge and basic operational skills related to trauma center quickly and comprehensively,and also improves the teaching ability of the teacher.
