摘 要:目的分析微视频反例教学联合情景模拟在中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院进行实习的60名中医护生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组28名,研究组32名。对照组进行情景模拟教学,研究组进行微视频反例教学联合情景模拟。评估对比两组考核成绩、临床沟通、共情及批判思维能力、护生教学满意度。结果带教后研究组护生实践操作、理论知识、敏锐倾听、验证感受、和谐关系、共同参与、确认患者问题、传递有效信息、观点采择、换位思考、情感护理批判思维能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护生教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理教学中应用微视频反例教学联合情景模拟可提升护生成绩,改善临床沟通及共情能力,增强批判思维能力,且护生教学满意度较高。Objective To analyze the application effect of micro-video counter-example teaching combined with scenario simulation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing teaching.Methods A total of 60 traditional Chinese medicine nurses who practiced in Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 28 nurses in the control group and 32 nurses in the research group according to the random number table method.In the control group,scenario simulation teaching was conducted,while in the research group,micro-video counter-example teaching was combined with scenario simulation.The assessment results,clinical communication,empathy and critical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction of nursing students of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After teaching,the scores of nursing students'practical operation,theoretical knowledge,keen listening,verifying feelings,harmonious relationship,joint participation,confirming patients'problems,transmitting effective information,opinion selection,perspectivity thinking and critical thinking ability of emotional nursing in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro video counter example teaching combined with scenario simulation in traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching can improve the performance of nursing students,improve their clinical communication and empathy ability,enhance their critical thinking ability,and the teaching satisfaction of nursing students is high.
