摘　　要：药学服务实务是高职药学专业的一门核心课程,对培养基层药学服务人才岗位胜任力至关重要。通过明确育人目标、优化内容供给、实施教学改革等三方面的课程思政教学改革探索,精准对接岗位人才需求,深入挖掘思政教学资源,全面落实“三教”改革,培养学生的药学专业职业素养。Pharmaceutical service and practice is a core course for pharmacy majors in higher vocational education,which is crucial for cultivating the competency of grassroots pharmaceutical service personnel.Through the exploration of Ideological Political education reform in three aspects:clarifying educational goals,optimizing content supply,and implementing teaching reform,we accurately align with the demand for post and personnel,deeply explore Ideological Political education resources,comprehensively implement the "three education" reform,and cultivate students' professional qualities in pharmacy major.
