某地市级综合性医院实习生、住培学员科研能力调查研究

摘　　要：对2021年5月1日至6月30日在某地市级综合性医院参加实习或住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)的所有实习生和住培学员进行问卷调查,对其科研能力现状进行比较分析。调研表明,地市级综合性医院实习生、住培学员科研知识、科研参与度及科研能力均处于较低水平,应建立针对实习生、住培学员的科研能力培养机制,有效发挥带教教师的作用。We conducted a questionnaire survey on all interns and residential trainees who participated in internships or standardized residential training(hereinafter referred to as "residential training") at a municipal comprehensive hospital from May 1 to June 30,2021,to compare and analyze their research abilities.Results shows that scientific research knowledge,participation,and ability of interns and trainees' those from municipal comprehensive hospitals were poor.Therefore,a scientific research ability training mechanism targeting interns and trainees should be established to effectively play the role of guiding teachers.
