摘 要:目的调查护理硕士研究生医学叙事能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法2021年11月—2022年10月,通过便利抽样法选取江西省、福建省的3所综合性高等院校的237名护理硕士研究生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、医学叙事能力和人文关怀品质量表进行调查。结果护理硕士研究生医学叙事能力总分为(141.58±12.61)分。多重线性回归结果显示,年级、对叙事医学或叙事护理的熟悉度、人文关怀品质进入回归方程(均P<0.01),可解释总变异的36.3%。结论护理硕士研究生医学叙事能力处于较低水平,年级、对叙事医学或叙事护理的熟悉度、人文关怀品质是护理硕士研究生医学叙事能力的主要影响因素。护理教育者应从多角度出发采取多种方式加强对护理硕士研究生的叙事医学或叙事护理教育和培训,以提高其医学叙事能力。Objective To investigate the status quo of medical narrative ability among nursing postgraduates,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,237 nursing postgraduates from 3 comprehensive institutions of higher learning in Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province were conveniently sampled and investigated by using general information questionnaire,Medical Narrative Ability Scale and Humanistic Care Quality Scale.Results The total score of medical narrative ability of nursing postgraduates was 141.58±12.61.Multiple linear regression showed that grade,familiarity with narrative medicine or narrative nursing,and humanistic care quality entered the regression equation(P<0.01),accounting for 36.3%of the total variation.Conclusion The medical narrative ability of nursing postgraduates is at a low level,and the main influencing factors of medical narrative ability include grade,familiarity with narrative medicine or narrative nursing,and humanistic care quality.Nursing educators should strengthen the education and training of narrative medicine or narrative nursing for nursing postgraduates from multiple perspectives to improve their medical narrative ability.
