摘　　要：随着我国人民生活质量的提高,一些国外的进口蜂蜜进入我国市场,麦卢卡蜂蜜作为一款新西兰的特色高价值蜂蜜,具有良好的市场占有率和认可度。消费者和相关领域科研、技术工作者期望从专业角度认识麦卢卡蜂蜜的生物学活性和医学价值。该文系统介绍了麦卢卡蜂蜜中碳水化合物、黄酮类/酚酸类化合物、甲基乙二醛、矿物质和蛋白质的组分特征,分析和总结了其抗病原微生物机理、调节炎症模式、抗损伤效应、抗肿瘤机制、影响神经系统功能,结果表明麦卢卡蜂蜜具有优秀的促健康品质,且作用机理较为明确,在通过食疗替代改善亚健康方面具有重要意义。因此,对麦卢卡蜂蜜促健康功能的综述,可使消费者全面了解麦卢卡蜂蜜的特点,也为蜂产品和基于优质蜂蜜为原材料的促健康食品研发提供借鉴经验。Manuka honey,originally produced from the plant Leptospermum scoparium in New Zealand,has won great popularity in the Chinese market in recent years.However,reviews help domestic consumers,researchers,and technicians gain professional knowledge about the bio-activities and the medicinal values of Manuka honey are rare.Through literature analysis,Manuka honey is characterized by high levels of methylglyoxal,flavonoids,and phenolic contents,but a low fructose/glucose ratio and low level of proteins.Such specialness of the components may be contributive to its good health-promoting effects.Accordingly,Manuka honey has prominent anti-bacterial activity with several different patterns to kill pathogens.The honey also has multiple targets to regulate inflammation and thus efficiently counter cell or tissue damage.It is promising to alleviate cancer symptoms by modulating apoptosis and certain pathway in tumor cells.Therefore,Manuka honey is useful in ameliorating sub-health conditions for humans and applicable in the manufacture of special functional foods.
