摘　　要：从三才之道、天人合一的哲学思想,修己安人、内圣外王的价值体系及不事王侯、高尚其事的士人风节三方面,阐述了中华民族早熟的生态意识、兼济天下的社会理想和不尚荣禄的人格操守,彰显了中国园林独具的民族精神气质。而这些皆奠基于中华文化元典,自此,如遗传基因一样,成为中国园林代代相传的精神主轴,使中国园林艺术在世界上独树一帜,成为中华知识精英的心态化石、中华爱国心之源泉,也是我们亲近祖先、明识文化的慧根。This paper expounds the precocious ecological consciousness of the Chinese nation,the social ideal of helping the world and the personality ethics of no emphasis on rank and wealth from three aspects:the philosophical thought of the way of three essential elements(heaven,earth,and human),and the unity of heaven and human;the value system of cultivating oneself to appease others,inner sageliness and outer kingliness;and the scholar's moral integrity of not working for kings,but struggling for the noble cause.All these show the unique national spirit temperament of Chinese gardens,which is based on the Chinese cultural Yuan Dian.Since then,like genetic genes,they have become the spiritual axis of Chinese gardens handed down from generation to generation.The spirit of cultural classics makes Chinese garden art unique in the world,and it has become the"fossil"of the mentality of the Chinese intellectual elite,the source of Chinese patriotism,and the root of the understanding of ancestors and culture.
