摘　　要：浙江工商职业技术学院“一心一德”“名班主任工作室”在学校学生工作部、机电工程学院和模具设计与制造专业的联合指导下,以“立德树人”为根本任务,以“研究平台、成长阶梯、辐射中心、良师益友”为宗旨,以“以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促建、以赛促改”为行动,开展学生管理与服务、教师进阶与成长等探索与实践。为探索提高模具人才培养质量提供了一条新的途径。Under the joint guidance of the Student Affairs Department,the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,and Die&Mold Design and Manufacturing major,the"One Heart and One Virtue"and"Famous Class Teacher Studio"of Zhe Jiang Business and Technology Institute take"cultivating virtue and cultivating talents"as the fundamental task,"research platform,growth ladder,radiation center,and good teachers and friends"as the purpose,and"promoting learning,teaching,construction,and improvement through competitions"as the action.Explore and practice student management and services,teacher advancement and growth,etc.This provides a new way to explore and improve the quality of die&mold talent cultivation.
