摘  要:随着电子信息技术的快速发展,扁平化显示器、光伏电池等领域对超薄玻璃基板的需求不断增加。化学沉积镀膜技术由于其高效、环保等特点,成为了制备超薄玻璃基板的重要工艺之一。研究了超薄玻璃基板化学沉积镀膜智能产线技术中的自适应控制,结合传统的控制模型和现代的智能控制技术,提出了基于模型预测控制算法的自适应控制方法,该控制方法具有良好的鲁棒性和自适应性,可以有效地提高产线的稳定性和生产效率。With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the demand for ultra-thin glass substrates in areas such as flat panel displays and photovoltaic cells continues to increase.Chemical deposition coating technology has become one of the important processes for preparing ultra-thin glass substrates due to its high efficiency and environmental friendliness.This paper studies the adaptive control in chemical deposition coating intelligent production line technology on ultra-thin glass substrates.Combining traditional control models with modern intelligent control technology,an adaptive control method based on model predictive control algorithm is proposed.This control method has good robustness and adaptability,which can effectively improve the stability and production efficiency of the production line.
