摘 要:由于高速交通事故中车辆的冲击,护栏板常会产生弯曲变形和扭转变形的情形,而损坏程度的大小决定了护栏板是否需要修复再利用。本文是在传统护栏板矫直机的基础上,研究使用了冷弯成型原理的压模整形矫直机构来修复损坏的护栏板,在常温下利用压模的压制改变护栏板的外形,修复护损受损的栏板。经研究设计,选择机器体积小、重量小结构简单的整形机构,不仅实现在修复中自由移动,而且使整个修复过程变得简单、方便。Due to the impact of high-speed traffic accidents,guardrails often experience bending deformation and twisting deformation.The extent of damage determines whether the guardrails need to be repaired and reused.In this paper,based on the traditional guardrail straightening mechanism,a press-mold shaping mechanism based on the principle of cold bending is researched and used to repair the damaged guardrails.By using the pressure of the mold at room temperature,the shape of the guardrail is altered to restore its integrity.Through research and design,a compact,lightweight,and structurally simple shaping mechanism is chosen.This mechanism not only allows for easy mobility during the repair process,but also simplifies and facilitates the entire repair procedure.
