摘  要:为研究镉污染稻米籽粒中元素分布的相关性规律,选取含有不同浓度镉的稻米籽粒,在激光斑径为44μm、能量密度为5 J/cm^(2)参数条件下,采用激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术原位分析了不同镉含量的稻米籽粒中皮层、胚芽、胚乳层中的12种元素分布情况,并对镉污染稻米籽粒中13种元素分布的相关性进行了讨论。研究结果表明,在受镉污染稻米籽粒中,有害重金属元素铅、镉、汞、砷、铬等和营养元素磷、钾、硫、锌、铜等均在胚芽中表现为重度富集,在皮层中也整体表现出富集状态,而在胚乳中浓度偏低。镉元素在皮层和胚乳中与硫、铅元素呈现明显正相关,在胚芽中相关性相对减弱。此外,胚芽与胚乳的镉相较于其他部分呈现高度正相关关系,指示精米中的残余镉主要由胚芽贡献,可以为精碾除镉的相关技术研究提供参考。Under the conditions of laser spot diameter of 44μm and energy density of 5 J/cm^(2),the distribution of 12 elements in cortex,embryo and endosperm layers of rice grains with different cadmium contents was analyzed in situ by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICPMS),and the correlation of 13 elements in rice grains contaminated by cadmium was discussed.The results showed that heavy metal elements such as lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic and chromium,and nutrient elements such as phosphorus,potassium,sulfur,zinc and copper were heavily enriched in the germ and the cortex.Cadmium is positively correlated with sulfur and lead in cortex and endosperm,but the correlation is relatively weak in embryo.In addition,the cadmium in germ and endosperm showed a highly positive correlation compared with other parts,indicating that the residual cadmium in polished rice was mainly contributed by germ,which could provide reference for the related technical research of cadmium removal by fine grinding.
