摘 要:为提高转向架蛇行运动稳定性,文中进行了弹性架悬电机悬挂参数的合理设置,以发挥动力吸振作用。建立了动力吸振器简化模型,提出了电机横摆动力吸振吸能频带概念,以ICE3转向架为例讨论了电机悬挂刚度和质量对吸能频带的影响,对比了原参数方案和优化方案的电机动力吸振作用并通过整车稳定性态分析图验证了分析结论。发现吸能频带宽度与蛇行振荡频率范围的匹配是架悬电机发挥动力吸振作用的前提,提高电机悬挂横向刚度能显著拓宽吸能频带,但减小电机质量的效果有限;ICE3转向架原型仅能在车辆初始运用阶段发挥电机横摆动力吸振作用,采用优化方案后车轮磨耗的中、后期(等效锥度λ_(e)=0.20~0.35),临界速度平均提升约110 km/h,显著增大了转向架的蛇行运动稳定性裕度,延长服役寿命。In this article,in order to improve the stability of the bogie’s hunting motion,the dynamic vibration-absorption effect is brought into play by setting the elastic suspension motor’s suspension parameters in a reasonable manner.The simplified model of the dynamic vibration absorber is set up,and the concept of the motor’s lateral vibration-energy absorption frequency band is proposed.With the ICE3 bogie as an example,the influence of the motor’s suspension stiffness and mass on the energyabsorption frequency band is discussed.The motor’s dynamic vibration-absorption effects of the original parameter scheme and the optimized scheme are compared,and the conclusion is verified through the analytical diagram of the entire vehicle’s stability.It is found that the matching between the energy-absorption frequency band’s width and the hunting-vibration frequency range is a prerequisite for the suspension motor to exert its dynamic vibration-absorption effect.The motor’s increased lateral suspension stiffness significantly improves and broaden the energy-absorption frequency band,but the motor’s reduced mass has little technical effect.The ICE3 bogie prototype only exerts the lateral vibration-absorption effect during the initial stage when the vehicle is operated.After the optimized scheme is adopted,the critical speed of wheel wear in the middle and later stages(the equivalent conicityλ_(e)=0.20~0.35)increases by 110 km/h on average,thus greatly improving the stability margin of the bogie’s hunting motion and extending its service life.
