摘　　要：翻译研究所要关注的不仅仅是对语言问题的探讨,它必须在更广阔的历史文化视野中展开讨论和思考。在文学/文化翻译中,翻译的文化要素和历史要素尤为重要,文化和历史深化于文本两端,是译者空间的核心要素,从内涵深处影响着各方意识形态认知及译者翻译行为。在翻译实践中,文化和历史不但影响文本意义本身,同时对翻译思想也存在本体性影响,该视阈为国家翻译话语建构指明新的路向,即既坚持本我性和特质性,同时尊重他者性和异质性,注重人文性与交流性建设。译者应当以批判继承、融合创新的心态正确面对本我文化和异质文化,以文化和历史为场域构建特色中国文学/文化译论和翻译话语,促进中国文化外译和传播,践行中国文化“走出去”倡议,推进新时代中国翻译话语之历史文化路向建设。Translation studies should focus not only on the language,but also on a much broader historical and cultural perspective.In cultural or historical translation,with culture and history merging on both sides of the text,significant considerations should be placed on,especially,literary element and cultural element.As the kernel elements in translator’s mind space,they influence the translator’s ideological connotation and operation in translation.Not only do culture and history exert an influence on the meaning of the texts but also on translation thoughts,indicating a new orientation for constructing national translation discourse that adheres to the nature and feature of Chinese culture while respecting the other’s and focusing on the humanistic communication.It is required that translators should incorporate the two cultures and make innovations by critically inheriting them so that distinctive Chinese literary or cultural translation theories and discourses can be constructed on the basis of culture and history.It is beneficial to make better translation and dissemination of Chinese culture with the initiative of Chinese culture“going global”so as to promote the construction of the historical and cultural orientation of Chinese translation discourse in the new era.
