摘　　要：随着全球经济和跨境电子商务的快速发展,越来越多的消费者开始在网上购买海外商品,跨境电商直播作为一个有效的销售渠道,对跨境电商直播人才的需求日益旺盛,人才短缺问题愈加凸显。文章基于职业能力培养视角,对跨境电商直播人才KSC能力框架模型和职业能力要素进行了阐述,分析了跨境电商直播人才培养中存在的问题,提出了构建多元化跨境电商直播人才培养的新路径,以期为高职院校相关专业跨境电商直播人才的培养提供一定的借鉴。With the rapid development of the global economy and cross-border e-commerce,more and more consumers are starting to purchase overseas goods online.As an effective distribution channel,cross-border e-commerce live streaming has an increasing demand for talents in cross-border e-commerce live streaming,and the problem of talent shortage is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the perspective of vocational ability cultivation,the paper elaborated on the KSC framework model and vocational ability elements of cross-border e-commerce live streaming talents,analyzed the problems in cross-border e-commerce live streaming talent cultivation,and proposed to build a diversified new path of cultivation cross-border e-commerce live streaming talents,in order to provide some reference for the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce live streaming talents in related majors in vocational colleges.
